Montreal Biodome

The entire Biodome interior is comprised of a huge textile wall that is kept under tession by an aluminum and steel structure. Every section of wall is affixed on steel pillar cranes. The use of 3D models served to guarantee the the various wall components be placed in precise positioning in order to meet the steel structural pillar cranes. I have designed and tested several elements relating to the textile wall tensioning structure of this project including the textile wall itself, signage and entrances.
